What is functional nutrition?
Practicing functionally means that we are asking WHY, instead of WHAT. We are looking at root cause solutions to an issue that we may be experiencing. It is a method to not just support, but educate clients about what’s going on in our bodies, and how making specific diet and lifestyle changes can shift the terrain to help us meet our goals. It is also a way to bridge a gap between physicians and patients to yield better and more sustainable outcomes.
